I have a hard wood floors that have been washed only in murphy oil soap , but it has a film on it?
They floor is dark hard wood. I only use one capful of murphy oil soap. There is a haze on the floor that I can't get off. I have used product like quick shine but with no luck. Please help!
I tried Murphys Oil Soap ONCE on my hardwood floors and had the same results you had. I went over it with warm water then applied Orange Glo for wood floors, what a shine, never again will I use the Murphys on the hard wood floors.
I damp wipe the floors down on my hands and knees then apply the Orange Glo. I use the Orange Glo every month or so to keep it in tip top shape, in between times just use a dust mop and the shine holds up pretty good depending on traffic on the floor.
