Chinchilla Dust Bath replacement?

I'm in lebanon and i can't find anywhere the chinchilla dust but i searched for pumice powder and found a place where he can break the pumice into powder but not as fine and my chinchilla doesn't roll in it.
But i mixed the pumice powder with some flower and he actually rolled in it... My friend is coming in may with some dust but is the mix an okay replacement until then? Is it effective?

HI there, I wouldn't recommend the flour as the particles are so small they can potentially irritate your chinchilla's eyes and lungs as it's is so fine he will probably end up breathing it in, which can be potentially harmful. Chinchilla dust is Sepiolite Powder and is commonly used in building materials, horse litter and many other things.

Try and see if you can search for it on the internet as there must be importers in your country. Failing that maybe you should just order some from a chinchilla/pet website in Europe or the nearest country to you that does sell it online? Or try grinding down the pumice with a pestle and mortar to make it into dust. Good luck
